Great people but very long process While Veronica and Kyle did a great job answering questions, the process to get the car ready and sign the paperwork was very painful. The whole proc While Veronica and Kyle did a great job answering questions, the process to get the car ready and sign the paperwork was very painful. The whole process took over 4 hours! We bought a mini Cooper for our son earlier this year and that entire process took 1/2 hr. Of course, we didn't need a test drive and we didn't need an explanation on how the car worked (which the BMW genius did very well), but the car was ready and paperwork was ready in a fraction of the time compared to our experience at BMW. We had informed BMW that we would arrive at 2:30pm but the car's e battery was dead and the tire pressure was low. That really didn't hamper the experience much, but whatever time it took to prepare the paperwork and get that car ready was way, way, way, way too long. More
