Funny thing, I just happened to stop in to the BMW dealership as it was close by with no real intentions of purchasing a BMW. When I told Putrri that I was looking for a Lexus, she told me that once I drive a BMW, I would be leaving in a BMW and not consider anything else. Best car buying experience Ever! I had been looking for 2008 M5 black on black 6 speed for quite some time now.(about a year). I've found many black on black 6 speed but was never abl I had been looking for 2008 M5 black on black 6 speed for quite some time now.(about a year). I've found many black on black 6 speed but was never able to find the perfect one. Considering the age and the cost of the car i didn't jump to the car but did a through research on the cars prior to making any offers on the car.(Calling the shops and asking them to email the list of the work done if the service was not done at the dealership-My best friend is a master tech at BMW so he was able to pull out the service history for the services done at the dealerships and comparing it to the bmw recommended service side by by. Considering this is the last manual natural aspirated bmw ever made i really wanted to get my hands on the right one and planning on keeping it for another 10-15 years or so, I have a daily car. Overtime i found the right 08 M5 black on black 6 speed, salesman or the owner of the vehicle did not want to negotiate, not even pennies off the car. Considering how rare these cars are i do understand the demeanor of these sales man. They didn't sound so happy, quite rude to be honest. Once I found 2 owner dealer maintained for all recommended service done under warranty and the car still had the remaining extended warranty on the car I jumped on my phone and gave BMW of Middleburg Heights in Ohio. I live in Virginia so this would be about 6 hours and 30 minute drive for me to get to ohio. I was transferred to QQQQQQQQQQ who gave me a such a detailed carfax of the vehicle and even took a time to take pictures all over the engine to show all gaskets were new. He even face timed me to show the car when it was on the air. I was really surprised, why is this sales man so nice and friendly to me... he knows he has the RIGHT M5 that will sell at a price that they listed. I knew that M5 will be gone in less than 3 hours if i didn't put my deposit down. I put down a deposit on the car to avoid missing out on the sale. I had Q hold on to the deposit and the car for 2 weeks. His manager wanted to refund the deposit to me because they were getting so many calls about the car. I knew he was not lying because it was the most perfect M5 i have seen after 1 year of research. I had him hold on to the deposit for another week as he was begging me everyday to return the deposit to me as i refused everytime he had asked lol. Q never once lost his professionamilsm and stayed friendly as if i was one of his best friends. At this point i knew i had to drive up to Ohio to pick up the car, i could not let him down after making him hold on to my deposit for 2 weeks and almost going 3. Q promised the best trade in value, i took my car to range rover and carmax, Q gave me 3000 above the carmax appraisal knowing i had it appraised at 3k. I almost wanted to back out of the deal because it almost sound to good to be true, Q runs my credit and gets me 4.39% on a car that is 10 years through BMW financial service. HE only ran my credit once through one bank. So the following day we headed out to Ohio. Unfortunately there was a crazy snow storm while we were passing through PA and delayed our arrival to Ohio by an hour. Q waited at the dealership for me and had all the paper work ready to go with the finance manager 1 hour after the dealershp closed. He did not even take a look at my range rover and gave me the EXACT $ he promised me over the phone. Q was so friendly although i was one hour late. Once we signed all the paper work he took me out for some food drinks and Hookah. I tried to pay for my portion of the tab and Q pushed me out the way..... This whole car buying exeperience was one of my most enjoyable expereience i a while, not just a car buying expereince,. Car was so solid and we made it backk to Virginia and took the M5 straight into BMW dealership and master tech looked at the car and said this is the most well maintained M5 i have seen in a long time. I am beyond satisfied with this M5. Oh yea! also the finance manager Dan is really funny and friendly and gives you warranties at almost his cost. This dealership has me as a customer for Life. More
