Buying used BMW X5 This is the 3rd BMW that we have purchased and it by far was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We drove from Columbus, OH to make the purchase and I'm so glad we did. It was worth the trip! This BMW dealership far exceeds the dealership we have done business with in the past in Dublin, OH on all levels. Jerry Mancini, Fred Palmer and Dan Walker were all extremely professional and made our buying process easy and efficient. Jerry and Fred went out of their way to introduce themselves when we first arrived even though they were very busy selling cars that day. The negotiating process was smooth and fast just like we like it! Jerry even stayed after the dealership was closed to go over all the car's features and show us how to operate all the new technology. We now understand why this dealership is "Dealer of the Year 2015/State Winner" but they should be rated "number one" in North America. It's nice to know there are still some dealerships around today that offer great old fashioned customer service. Jerry even followed up with us after we arrived home to see how we liked the car. John Caruso helped us with selecting a new X3 and the online build a car feature. He was key in helping us determine which features were really necessary and needed in the car for our lifestyles. John has sold several cars to us and we will keep going back to him because of his knowledge about the vehicles and the excellent service he provides to us. Mike Niedzwiecki was helpful in the purchase process and had all of our paperwork ready to go, so the signing process was quick. He suggested Xzilon Green. We are extremely happy with the results using this product. Jim Strunk as always was helpful in servicing the new X3 when the Xzilon Green was applied. He is always timely and puts the customer first when any of our cars need service. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this new car and the service that we have received for years from the Ganley BMW group and now BMW of Westlake. More
