I locagted a car on an internet search which matched my goals - used, certified and low mileage. We negotiated a little more trade value and based on the condtion and features offered on the used BMW I agreed to make the purchase. I am a resident of Michigan so I had to drive the traded car to the dealership and finish the purchase. When I arrived and reviewed the car it was exactly as offered and two people were made happy - Ganley because they sold a car and me because I found the car I wanted in the condition I needed. More

Their attention to detail and followup was commendable and they arranged for shipment of the car to my home state of Florida. I received the car in excellent condition within a week and am now cruising warm and sunny Florida as a happy car owner. This is a bit dated, but....we leased a new vehicle and financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in deali financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in dealing with everyone (together) who needed to provide a service to get us out the door (timely) with our vehicles. Getting our previously leased vehicle CPO'd took a lot longer than we were led to believe. The dealer did apologize for everything and will take care of us in the future when we need service on our vehicles. All told, I'd give them a B+/A-. Not bad in my opinion. More

I have only good to say about Ganley BMW. When getting a new car, the worst part is typically the negotiation process - especially when trading in an existing vehicle.
