This dealership has changed drastically and becomes more disappointing with each visit. I was the first appt, so first into the lounge - no lights turned on in that area. I received ZERO updates during my a disappointing with each visit. I was the first appt, so first into the lounge - no lights turned on in that area. I received ZERO updates during my almost 2 hour visit for oil change and break fluid change. Knew my car was done when I got a text with a link to pay. Didn't receive video from the mechanic until I asked. Saw two other advisors come out and actually inform and educate their customers about their cars and kindly inform them of 2% fee to use credit card. I got nothing. The cashier had to go to Matt to get my paperwork because the link to pay I got didn't even work. This is my second experience with him like this. Last time I also had no communication during my service and discovered my car had been sitting up front for quite some time but he didn't notify me it was ready. This is NOT luxury car service or anything close. I live in Westlake, I love my car and take care of it well, but I dread coming here. More
