First time using this dealership for service, I wasn’t sure where to pull up and I was greeted my a very friendly service member who kindly directed me. While the sales department continues to shine, the service department continues to disappoint. I miss the smile, miss the welcome to BMW how can I help you.. then you hear a comment: you should be happy that you got a loaner or when you hear a wild laugh when you ask about another flat tire and the guy says YOU HAVE NO CHOICE other than replacing it. I owned and leased nothing but BMW for more than 15 years because I believe and enjoy this ultimate driving machine. BUT this service department can not take this loyalty for granted and bitterly spoil it. My wife reminds me after every encounter with them the night and day experience compared with Mercedes North Olmsted one and she can't wait to get back to them. More
