I had a scheduled 9:00 appointment that I personally made over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake pads were on back order and I had to get another name brand instead and those wouldn’t be delivered until 2:00 so j had to make 2 separate trips. No compensation for the inconvenience of my time and miles. Very disappointed since this was my first experience here. More

Service department is great !!! I will say I tried twice to purchase there and got no help, guy dismissed me, went in 2 times in a week. I told him exactly what I wanted, I had 50K and needed a green twice to purchase there and got no help, guy dismissed me, went in 2 times in a week. I told him exactly what I wanted, I had 50K and needed a green color for my company car allowance. He never called me so I went back in and he acted like he did not remember me and was to busy to talk. I ended up finding it on my own at a dealership in MI, They we’re wonderful and treated me very well!! I do love my X6 and did spend more than 50K. Being in sales my whole life, I was disappointed in how I was treated in the sales department at the Westlake BMW. More
