We were visiting Cleveland and our car broke so we decided to tow it to west lake service center, when we approached Mathew he was very accommodating and helpful in getting our car diagnostics and ins decided to tow it to west lake service center, when we approached Mathew he was very accommodating and helpful in getting our car diagnostics and installed all the required parts in a day. They’ve got the best service manager and mechanic if you ask, my opinion, Kevin has always been upfront, fair and honest with the repairs that are needed on our BMW. The mechanic actually takes videos and I ask, my opinion, Kevin has always been upfront, fair and honest with the repairs that are needed on our BMW. The mechanic actually takes videos and I get a text of what they’re going to perform as far as repairs and what future maintenance I might want to have looked at on a later date. The customer service communication was less friendly than expected. I had an awkward feeling each time I arrived. Not very warm and welcoming. Much different than Chevy, which is surprising.
