Matthew guided me through process nicely and i was very thankful he did cause I just bought 20yr BMW z4 and had to deal with expensive but needed repairs etc Car runs better than ever and a big round of applause from a German driveway hobby mechanic...lol I've already referred service to this dealership because they helped me with my Z3 and I buy all my parts there too etc... Fine experience but just average. I have a key fob acting up that BMW requires verification before replacing. I understand but that makes the service average.
