Seemed significantly long for only a winter wheel replacement as I had an appointment and they were mounted on separate wheels already. Took basically 1 hour and 30 minutes. The dealership charges a credit card fee when you use your credit card to pay for a service appointment. BMW of Westlake also has a separate cashier from the service department. I have owned other luxu your credit card to pay for a service appointment. BMW of Westlake also has a separate cashier from the service department. I have owned other luxury vehicles and at those service departments, the service advisors check you out and you pay with them. I think that BMW of Westlake should get with the program on how luxury car dealerships work with their customers and minimize their hassle. Luxury car customer expect hassle free experiences.
