I was extremely disappointed w/ the Service performed on my CRV. My wife bought this car from u w/ 26,000 miles on it & I’ve owned it since she bought a new car. Except 4 routine things like oil changes, brakes & such all Svc was done @ Basney. We’ve maintained it well. The Timing Belt break caused us 2 opt 4 the engine replacement. I believed I was getting a rebuilt Honda Certified engine; what I got was a engine straight from the junkyard that looked like it had been rode hard & put away wet! I was stunned-they didn’t shop around @ all! Now I wouldn’t buy this car for the $4100 I paid 4 the engine change if I saw this engine. I fully believed that my car would go @ least 250,000 miles, but I have zero confidence in that thought! That engine wasn’t even given a thorough inspection- my guess! About a year ago I had the Injector Service + new Spark Plugs & yet u charged me 4 a new set. It seemed like a lot of piling on. One would think that I’d be kept informed of the work progress but I was not. I even requested that I be,on several occasions & once I dropped in after not getting an answer 2 my calls or answering my messages. I loved my car but now I’ve got 2 assume that this crappy engine is going 2 break down-it’s obvious that the engine wasn’t cared 4 @ all! Too much $$ 4 a lousy engine, took WAY too long & I was not kept informed. My opinion of Basney has plummeted after this episode! More

Always receive good service....no pressure when additional work needs to be done. I will NEVER do business with either Honda or Basney Honda EVER AGAIN. My transmission went out at 93,500 miles. I can find many owner complaints of the same thing happening across the country to 2018 Honda EVER AGAIN. My transmission went out at 93,500 miles. I can find many owner complaints of the same thing happening across the country to 2018 Pilots, yet Honda is doing nothing about it. They wanted $8,000 to replace my transmission with one that only has a 36,000 mile warranty. I asked for Basney Honda to give me a price on a trade in and on buying my vehicle outright. After at least 8 phone calls and multiple texts, the owner, Chip Basney, (who apparently is the only person in the dealership who can do this) NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I spoke with the sales manager Bob Briney several times and he promised that Chip would call, but that never happened. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had by any company. Between my business and personal dealings, I have purchased at least 5-6 Hondas in the last 5 years. Up to this point, I was one of your biggest fans. Not anymore. I will NEVER purchase a Honda again. More

It took a while to get the car in for the warranty repair, the part was not ordered on the original contact. However once the issue was realized the service was excellent.
