There's a sense of professionalism that you get at Basney that you don't get at other dealers. Bob didn't haggle or hassle me when I wanted to test drive a vehicle. I brought our vehicle in for a recall fix. Very comfortable waiting room with beverages that I didn't consume, but noticed they were there.
