Great friendly service by Matt. Very professional. I declined the complementary car wash service because I washed and waxed my Ridgeline prior to getting my first oil change since owning this vehicle. When I entered the truck I noticed a little spot of oil near the door handle. I wiped it off with my finger, no problem. Once exiting the service center I noticed water spots all over my wind shield. I figured it must be from testing the wiper blades and windshield wiper fluids because it was clean where the blades are. So my suggestion for improvement would be to wipe off the windshield after checking the blades and fluid. maybe this was missed because of the decline of the car wash. More
When bring in vehicle for work, I don't like all the add on's to the bill. I did say something and some were taken off, but one reason people don't want to bring not new anymore vehicles to dealership for w on's to the bill.
