The dealership is very friendly and has a nice waiting area. The only complaint I had is that the speedometer got bumped to km somehow, and I had to get the owner's manual out to figure out how to switch area. I never feel taken advantage of or talked down to - and that can't be said at a lot of places. I never have doubts about the service I'm receiving and there are never surprises in terms of cost or unforeseen repairs.
