I told these guys what the problem was in the car and they called me later five hours later and they told me they can’t find the problem and then they charge me five hours for nothing for diagnostic did they called me later five hours later and they told me they can’t find the problem and then they charge me five hours for nothing for diagnostic did not even have that diagnostic. I told this guy I change the ABS madule And before I change it, the car start right up after I change it The car won’t start up in the end today, they told me it has to buy the ABS module this is not acceptable stole my money More

The only downside was the service department was not open over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being i over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being in town for the weekend meant I needed to extend my stay until Monday. However, Steve kept me informed of my tire fix and sent an Uber to pick me up. Then I was on my way back to Ohio. Shoutout to Cynthia who was helpful on Friday at 5:45pm! And to Madison who on Monday pulled my car under the awning so I could load up my luggage and not get wet in the thunderstorms. Overall, solid positive dealership experience! More
