We have bought 4 cars from Bob and left ft feeling good! We drive too many miles to lease so we buy, as the car leaves warranty or safety measures change we trade. The first car from Basney, we were on our way to buy a Nissan Pathfinder, Kim let us test drive an Accord, it was great but I did not like the color and said if only they had it in blue and a 6 speed. Well the old guy in the lobby that we were talking too had just retrieved a car from Chicago for a customer, still with plastic on it, the customer had ask for a different color, Well how about that, we drove a Blue 6-speed manual home. Counting the Audi TT we are up to 6 cars from Basney, 4 with Bob, possibly another in a few years. We have always left feeling like we have gotten a fair deal, and treated well. More

Air conditioning check I took my car because the AC was not cooling even at the highest setting. I thought the car needed to check for the coolant level. This visit was af I took my car because the AC was not cooling even at the highest setting. I thought the car needed to check for the coolant level. This visit was after I had taken my car for an oil service and a recall previously communicated to me by Honda Corporation. When I asked the service attendance he told me that during the normal service they did not check for the coolant liquid level. of the AC system, and no check of the AC system at all. Well, after about 5 hours of waiting in the cold lobby of the dealership the car was "ready" and the service clerk told me that they had performed a total flushing and checking of the AC system and put coolant liquid which was needed, altogether with a bill of about $300. Not a pleasant surprise for sure! At least they should have given me a previous assessment/diagnostic of what they would do, and also they should have checked if a simple filling the coolant deposit of the AC would have solved the problem quickly and cheaper. My car has only 24,000 miles and it should not have any major problems at that level of usage. No communication with me whatsoever between the time of initial drive in to the moment when they told me it was ready to drive away. Frankly, spending 5 hours in a cool environment in the customers' waiting area devoy of any amenities other than water and instant coffee is not the ideal experience for loyal customers. I can tell you that I have had much better experiences when I had a Toyota and visited the Jordan Toyota service facilities for the service maintenance program for my car. .. More
