The work and service at your dealership is very good. The waiting room is comfortable, the coffee good, and the popcorn hot. This visit was a little less satisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for several items, including an oil change. It took 4 hours for the work to be completed. I understand that there were unexpected problems with the heat shield. But it would have been nice if I had been informed of the delay. More

Was told a tire rotation was done and when I went out to get in my car I noticed the tire rotation was not done. Mechanic said it didn’t need to be done but he forgot to note it. Had to go back in and cance get in my car I noticed the tire rotation was not done. Mechanic said it didn’t need to be done but he forgot to note it. Had to go back in and cancel first bill then redo with $10 taken off. Though I might get some kind of a coupon for my nnezt oil change. More

My alignment is still off. The window is still not fixed. Being with out a car all day while it gets fixed isn't ideal. I have a full warranty. Courtesy vehicles should be offered.
