If I have to wait, I'd rather wait at Basney Nobody likes to wait for an oil change. Since I made the switch from quick lube places to dealer oil changes I've been much happier with the results. Nobody likes to wait for an oil change. Since I made the switch from quick lube places to dealer oil changes I've been much happier with the results. The dealer seems more invested in my vehicle's "health" and I feel confident in their service recommendations because of the combined skill level of the service staff so I'm not likely to switch back to quick lube oil changes. The trade off is that my oil changes require a time investment of at least an hour. The friendliness of the service and business office staff makes me feel very comfortable in Basney's waiting area. The waiting area is set up theatre style (chairs in rows facing front), there's a TV, free wifi, free bottled water and (as of January 2019) free fresh popped popcorn, vending machines and a clean women's restroom (I can't vouch for the men's). I bring my laptop and work while I'm waiting, so my time is never wasted. More

Totally Awesome service from Basney Honda I have gone to Basney Honda ever since I got my CRV several years ago.
