Inaccurate Multi-Point Inspection I’m quite disappointed with my recent service at Basney Honda for multiple reasons. My husband tried calling FIVE times to make an appointment for I’m quite disappointed with my recent service at Basney Honda for multiple reasons. My husband tried calling FIVE times to make an appointment for routine maintenance to get no answer each time. Finally, he was frustrated enough and just drove the car over to find multiple service men “standing around”. Next, he brought the paperwork home to me and the multi-point inspection had interior/exterior “headlights (high and low beams)/taillights/brake lights/hazard warning lights/turn signals/external lamps” marked as checked and OK at this time. I clearly have a taillight on the back hatch out and this should not have been marked as such way. This should have been addressed and fixed as this is something that is under warranty. We pay additional in our monthly lease payment to have regular maintenance performed through Basney as my dad high recommended you after working with Basney for multiple years through Jefferson Auto before his passing. I will not be recommending Basney to anyone in the future. Pleas let me know how these issues will be addressed. More

Service Follow-up for 2010 Chevy Equinox LTZ Basney’s service department is always, timely, professional, eager to answer any questions the customers may have concerning your repairs, and most of Basney’s service department is always, timely, professional, eager to answer any questions the customers may have concerning your repairs, and most of all, friendly and courteous! The Shuttle service is very helpful getting customers home or taken to a desired location of their choice while your vehicle is being repaired. I recommend Basney Honda for all your sales or service needs. My vehicle is now serviced and ready for Winter! It’s nice to have a dealership you can trust! More

Poor Service I took my vehicle in for some recall updates. I also asked them to check the alignment as I had it done a couple weeks prior and it still seemed off. I took my vehicle in for some recall updates. I also asked them to check the alignment as I had it done a couple weeks prior and it still seemed off. The original technician never checked it, I called and spoke with the manager Allen who then had someone check it and discovered that is was still not in alignment. I paid for Basney Honda to do another alignment and then took it directly to a tire store for new tires which was maybe half a mile away. After dropping the vehicle off there I get a call and the alignment is still off and needs to be done yet again. I take the receipts back to the manager Allen who starts yelling about his machines could not be wrong and refuses to admit that the work was done poorly. I will never return to this location again. More

Excellent service I came in for routine maintenance and even though it was busy the service advisor I’ve worked with many times Matt was very quick to get me written up I came in for routine maintenance and even though it was busy the service advisor I’ve worked with many times Matt was very quick to get me written up for my service due. Matt has always advised me of any open recalls or other services due or coming up due without trying to sell me things that I don’t need. I’ve had many other vehicles serviced at other places that would try to sell me things from wipers, filters to flushes without fail. Don’t get me wrong these things do need to be done sometimes but not at every service. Also extra thanks to Matt and his service team for doing a battery load test which mine failed so they replaced it under warranty so not to leave me stranded with a dead battery with the cold winter weather that was coming. More
