Awesome and Friendly! Store opened promptly at 7 am, Austin greeted me with a smile and reviewed all the service I was getting that day. He was super clear and thorough. After a short wait, I caught the shuttle to work and was amazed when the car was ready by lunch time as you were also fulfilling an air bag recall as well as the 30,000 mile service. Good and Fast Service I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arriv I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arrival I was told there would be at minimum a 2 hour wait before my car could be worked on. I was unable to wait that long and Austin was able to get me in the very next day with an appointment. Faster than I expected!! Your service of having a driver take me back home so I could work and then pick me up when my vehicle was done is a good one as well. Thank you. More
