Concerning that they make mistakes every time I go. Told that rear brakes have to be changed couple of times, but changed the front brakes. Manager had to get involved. Minimal smiles and I had asked for an inspection In addition to the recall work. When I picked up the car I had to ask for the results of the inspection. I had an appt at 730, but when I got there I was told the car wouldn't be pulled back until 815. I was going to be waiting for the vehicle AND had another appt & wasn't happy.
