Needed a car and saw one in their site I liked a lot. Walked in with a pre-approved loan from my bank, gave it a test drive, and was able to leave with the car. Took car in for safety recall and also asked for oil change. When I picked up the car was given my paperwork that showed services were completed as well as complimentary car wash. Went out to take my ca change. When I picked up the car was given my paperwork that showed services were completed as well as complimentary car wash. Went out to take my car home and found the car had not been washed and the oil life gauge had not been reset making me question if the oil had even been changed. Called the service department to ask about the car wash and was just told I could bring it in any time for a wash. I asked how to reset oil life indicator and was able to do that myself. He couldn’t tell me why my car hadn’t been washed or why the oil life indicator wasn’t reset. He was very polite and apologized, but not thrilled that I was told upon checkout that my car should have had a car wash and I had to reset the indicator myself. They also had my car overnight (as I dropped it off well before they closed) as I was scheduled for first thing next morning for the service. I only took it there for the safety recall and thought since it needed an oil change I would have them do that since it was already there and needed one. More
