All the employees were courteous and kind. The facility is clean and has a comfortable waiting room. However, it took 5 hours to get my car done. I was initially told 1.5 hours. I purchased my CRV new from another dealer, since delivery I've had it in this shop 2 time for a clunking noise from the front end not able to find. The right tie rod broke while my wife was driving delivery I've had it in this shop 2 time for a clunking noise from the front end not able to find. The right tie rod broke while my wife was driving and had it towed to Basney. I explained the vehicle was never in a crash and the clunking noise persisted. Because the vehicle has 37000 I had to pay with no Honda warranty available. The estimate I was told was $320.00, when I picked up the bill was $479.00. The service manager did not offer me the phone number of Honda customer assistance service, I had to ask for it to try to get reimbursed. The vehicle does not have the clunking noise now and it seems good. I'm surprised the vehicle was not given a courtesy wash. More
