First-time servicing my Jeep at this dealership. Not going back ever. While picking up vehilce, asked for the complimentary multi-point inspection report. Was told its in the vehicle. Didn't see one Not going back ever. While picking up vehilce, asked for the complimentary multi-point inspection report. Was told its in the vehicle. Didn't see one and went back in to ask for it and was told "we are not printing them anymore". On my way out, the advisor nonchalantly says "Oh I forgot to tell you, your engine is leaking oil. We dont know from where" and gets back on his phone call while I just stood there. That's classic scaring the customer into uncertainty and overcharging for xxxx not needed in the first place. Took the vehicle to my regular dealer in Long Island and found absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever. No leak. This dealer charges a flat diagnostic fee of $400. I was getting baited into paying for it. Glad i didn't. Beware anyone getting your vehicles serviced here. More
