I came in a month prior because my start/stop system was not working. The first time the techs didn't ensure that it actually worked and sent me home with it still not working. I called a few weeks before this appointment and the female on the phone had an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude and did not want to make an appointment for me. I asked for a manager and she said she spoke to him and that I can bring it in on Tuesday. I asked if she needed any of my info and she said no that they had it. I show up Tuesday morning and as a I expected, I had no appointment. I went inside and the female at the front was apologetic but stated they were too busy to assist me. I asked for a manager and the manager Bob was also rude and unprofessional. I raised my voice at him asking him to not talk down to me because he laughed at me and told me "The world doesn't stop just because you show up." He also told me that I never spoke to him and that I couldn't have made an appointment. He doesn't know that I know there is another manager Tim. Bob is on such a power trip and was nor being apologetic for the service centers mess up. A tech named Eric was extremely helpful and even apologized for the way Bob spoke to me. He gave me his personal number and contacted me throughout the process. Bob said they couldn't take care of my car until 10pm. Eric had it done in 2 hours, he even came out with me to make sure it was actually working properly unlike the previous visit. Another customer came up to me outside and told me not to take their rude behavior personal, that that's just how they treat all their customers. Will absolutely never come back to bayside for anything, I'm appalled with the behavior of the employees to loyal customers. More

I had to wait over 3hrs for an oil change, they didn’t tighten the access panel underneath causing it to fall open and drag while I was driving. I also explained to a female at the desk the app stopped working she just mentioned that it’s not a great app, offering no solutions.
