At 2:40pm, they called me back and said they will fix all before evening. I called at 6pm and said not ready, called at 7pm and said not ready. We waited and called at 9pm and said not ready if no one call me to pick up. At 9:10pm, they called and said made a mistake, they order a wrong part and can not fix by today! I waited the whole day from 9am to 9:10pm, why they check for the wrong parts at 9:10pm? My appointment is 9am and I dropped off the car at 9am. why they ask me to wait for 12hours and the response is they made a wrong part and can not be fixed to today and why they got back to me in the last mins before their store closed? Does they always asked Client to wait for 12hours?
