Got a call that my pre paid key fob was ready. Called back to make appointment to have it programmed and was told to come at 4. Got hung up on. Came at 4 and service dept couldn’t find my fob. Sent me to parts to wait on another line just to bring it back to service a few feet away. Took a half hour to find fob. Had to wait on line again. Never again will I come here for any service.
