As a consumer located from Florida who has never set foot in this dealer, I am now sincerely embarrassed of my initial review regarding Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Expediently post my derogitory review, in this dealer, I am now sincerely embarrassed of my initial review regarding Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Expediently post my derogitory review, the sales manager, Lance reached out to me attempting solve the issue leading to said review. Keep in mind, I have not even purchased anything "yet" at this point. Post our conversation, I can honestly and truly say I now feel like family and have been treated as such. My initial review was wrong on every level and a complete misunderstanding on my part. That said, Bayside CJD is truly the dealer of choice for me. Fingers crossed we can make my current transaction a reality thanks to Lance and his genuine efforts in resolving my issue. A HUGE Thank you to Lance!! More
