***Horrible customer service*** I brought back several car leases well under milage. I never once used my warranties to have anything fixed or any free work done. So to my surprise it was quite upsetting car leases well under milage. I never once used my warranties to have anything fixed or any free work done. So to my surprise it was quite upsetting to understand that When I bought out my current lease, I was lied to, completely mislead, and my time greatly wasted. Please let me explain in detail. When buying out my lease, 2018 Jeep GC SRT, with less then 12k miles, I paid for extended warranty, which included mopar insurance, a $5,000 package. Would you believe after multiple leases, years of returning business, and buying out my lease, I couldn't even get a wheel alignment? The interior front paneling, which warped over the time I had the car, was a factory defect, also would not be covered. On the first occasion I took time out of my schedule, which includes helping my gf with ongoing treatment of her cancer, to go cancel this bogus warranty package, I was lied to, mislead, and promised that these things would be specially done for me since I was such a long lasting and returning customer. Financier, Terrence Shine, promised me that everything would be taken cared for all at once and I just needed to wait a few days for the part to come in. Well a few days, turned into a week, and when I called to see what exactly the wait was for, Terrance responded with nothing but aggravation and disrespect, instead of trying to help, he became a telephone tough guy and said that he would just cancel the order for the part, which is very strange because it had been a week at this point, and the item being ordered should of by that time been delivered or if nothing else, a day away, and that he would happily cancel the warranty, So I proceeded to end the call . An hour later, Terrance called me back with an even greater attitude and began raising his voice at me and yelling over the phone that I wouldn't need to come in to cancel my warranty, but instead he would do it over the phone, funny since I would need to sign off on the cancelation of the warranty. I was greatly let down, far more then I was angered by the customer service. My time and patience was greatly tested, and absolutely nothing I needed was resolved, I will NEVER do business with this branch ever again. No one, absolutely no one, has reached out in regards to this situation, making it all the more frustrating and troublesome for any other, or future customers!!!!. Do yourself a huge favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT BAYSIDE!!!!!!! More

My experience with this dealership goes back to 2015. This is my 3rd leased vehicle and have nothing but great things to say. Though I really wanted certain features but the experience with Turgo and Sea This is my 3rd leased vehicle and have nothing but great things to say.
