Bad customer service. Sleazy rude liar Bobby in finance department. Non responsive. Nobody returns calls. Still waiting for phone call from my salesperson. Bait and switch upon arrival. Customer ever being right does not exist at this dealership. Only bright spot here is operator Ashley. Polite and tried her best to help. Shame of it is in market for another Jeep.
