Clean facility and friendly staff. Everyone was attentive and our sales person was great. Salesman was not personable at all! He just wanted the sale. He did not know how to talk to customers, I guess it was him disregarding questions and comments to get his job done but it came off rude. He didn’t even offer us to drive the car before it was on the way. What helped was the finance department, Terry made the experience so amazing! We like the car but if we got a chance to drive it we would’ve probably went with the Cherokee like we were turning in. Also we are having a lot of problems with the Kenwood sound system apart of the “luxury package” - it doesn’t work. Which in turn makes all safety features also not work! The car is a week old! More

I brought my car in for service my car had issues with starting I was told I need a diagnostic they kept my car 3 days was told no issues except for a faulty battery which they told me I need to replace d starting I was told I need a diagnostic they kept my car 3 days was told no issues except for a faulty battery which they told me I need to replace did that got called to pick up the car the issue was solved the next day I drove to CT and got stranded with the same issue had the car towed back to NY I feel they replaced something that wasn’t need I no longer trust the service department More

Not happy with the way my car was handled I needed to bring my car in for a recall problem On a relay.
