I like my Jeep and the service department. I have leased 3 vehicles and never was asked to rotate tires. This time I was asked to rotate tires and change oil. I have the Jeep Cherokee since 6/2019 and put 4 3 vehicles and never was asked to rotate tires. This time I was asked to rotate tires and change oil. I have the Jeep Cherokee since 6/2019 and put 4000 miles on it and changed oil 2x. I thought this new expensive oil was once a year. Also jeep made an appointment for service in March again which didn’t ask for an appt on a Thursday?? I work. Now service is every Quarter?! Something is not right. More
