To be honest it took to long to get a basic oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment that was made two weeks in advance which is another problem.. A Bayside customer should not have to wait 3 and tire rotation even with an appointment that was made two weeks in advance which is another problem.. A Bayside customer should not have to wait 3 weeks for service .. Regardless when the service was conducted after asking what took so long I was advised that an evap problem showed on Inspection.. Ok. I problem an hour later and 4 hours total with an appointment the car was done... I was told to drive it for a couple days and return for inspection sticker... not one day after repair check engine light came on again. I called and was told could not bring in for another 3 weeks... Unacceptable I called Bryan and dropped off the next day... Needless to say I was told the evap was still leaking and installed faulty so I basically told him to keep the car and fix it, drive it until the new evap registers and complete the inspection. This took a total of another 3 days.... I do t think either the service or repair personnel are to blame just think Bayside does not have the cap auto handle That much service.... A basic oil change at jiffy lube would have saved me 6 days of my car unavailable with time and change of schedule... More

David Arocho was very professional i came in on a Tuesday just to look at the jeeps he showed me the grand cherokee and the limited I advised him I would come back over the weekend to test drive the limited just to look at the jeeps he showed me the grand cherokee and the limited I advised him I would come back over the weekend to test drive the limited which I did with my daughter. I've leased cars before and I have to say David is one of the best sales person I've come in counter with. I love my jeep and wish all sales people was like him.
