Being immuno-compromised as an asthmatic and being on daily chemo prevention, it was extremely disturbing that NO valet was properly masked. My valet did not wear one at all. Employee are very friendly. my service was perfect. Being my first time in the service department, waiting to get your car tag should be better schedule, (short staff). Where to begin?Upon my first visit to the service center Where to begin? Upon my first visit to the service center for damage to my vehicle, the guy who takes your car and drives it down to the mechanic in Where to begin? Upon my first visit to the service center for damage to my vehicle, the guy who takes your car and drives it down to the mechanic in turn strikes a pedestrian by running over his leg and foot in my car as I sit upstairs in the waiting room. Police are called, police report filed and at no point was I notified once again as I sit in their waiting room. Now I know why it took two and a half hours, they were cleaning up this mess while I waited. By mess I mean the human they ran over in my car, not sure if he was taken off in ambulance. My insurance company brought this to my attention a week and a half later due to the claim that the pedestrian had put in on my insurance due to the bodily injury he sustained once again while I sat in their waiting room. I can see it was a huge mistake coming here, I wish I stayed with security dodge. Highlights of this story Car was less than thirty days old when they hit the pedestrian, no biggie there But I have two voicemails from bayside dodge, one from a bot , the other from a woman looking to help me finish filling out my service survey, looking to making those zeroes into tens she says. I’m pretty sure she will not be calling back but I would be thrilled if she did, I would love to fill it out now. Thank you Bayside Dodge, you guys taught me a very valuable lesson with this mess.
