I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica from a New Jersey dealer as one of the first cars in this new model design. After 9 months of enjoying the car, it showed a "new model car" problem and after several visits t as one of the first cars in this new model design. Our sales person -David was great. He was very patient with us and understood what we needed. He gave us time to think about our purchase and did become annoyed with our many questions.
