Desapointed w sales.on dec 30 2019 car was new ,was not ready ,paper matt was not removed front and rear ,odometer. Was in kilometer.and car not waxed as it should. Undestand was last day of the year.an ready ,paper matt was not removed front and rear ,odometer. Was in kilometer.and car not waxed as it should. Undestand was last day of the year.and everyone wanted to go home. Unacceptable. Now was in for first oil change and what ever point check needed to b done. Was in at 8am w appointement on saturday sept 19 got my car at 11.15am. And they didnot even check tire pressure. The same day the beep went on and showed air pressure at 28. On dash board. Tire pressure normal should b 35 psi. Dont know why jeep does not.do like other dealership .take better care of their client. Owned hondas, ford .must say their service is top of the line.and this has nothing to do w covid. Like one guy told me. Very desapointed .
