I was given an appointment for Friday 5/17. When I dropped off the car, I was told that they were backed up and that they wouldnt be able to get to my car until Tuesday. Now while I appreciate the warning, why wouldnt you call me prior and rescheduled the appointment for a day that would have been same day service. In addition after 3 days of driving the vehicle, the start/stop warning light came back on. That was the reason for me bringing the car in the first place. So i was without a car for 5 days and the problem was not resolved. On a positive note, the staff there were very polite and friendly. More
