Lack of manners No one acknowledges you when you enter. As you are giving your reason(s) for being there they never make eye contact or let you know if they are actua No one acknowledges you when you enter. As you are giving your reason(s) for being there they never make eye contact or let you know if they are actually listening to you. They try to brush you off as fast as possible. When they call you to let you know your car is ready they lack any friendliness. When picking up my car the girl at the desk was too busy talking to coworker and appeared to have an attitude. She dismissed me without ever asking if I had any questions (my car, only a year old, had a lot to be looked into). When I spoke to Brian and asked about specific problems he seemed to care less about my questions. Overall experience was terrible.! More

Excellent customer experience end to end! Tyler is awesome! This is my second Jeep from Bayside and the customer experience just gets better every time. I actually drive from NJ where there are multiple Jeep dealerships to Bayside because of the type of service they provide. The dealership is clean and high energy..... no high pressure sales, just a get it done attitude..... if they can do it they will. My sales rep Tyler Campanella was committed to finding the EXACT Jeep I wanted, he was honest, responsive and fun to work with. It’s rare that buying or leasing a car is enjoyable, but Bayside and Tyler did it. I also want to say Matt Faas one of the sales managers was very helpful as well, you can see he leads by example. From the initial search, to the finance department i was super impressed. Competitive prices and good service is hard to find, but Bayside has it down! I’ll be sending people there for sure! Timely service for nickels and dimes The service was done time a very timely manner and the vehicle has been running great since we got it back. However the repairs weren’t covered by warranty which is fine. The problem is when they nickel and dime you for everything. For example $50 for putting a license plate bracket on the car after paying over $350 in labor and repairs seems crazy. More
