Best Experience Ever Buying A Car!!!!! I bought my Trailhawk on Dec 17th! I found the car on TrueCar but it hadn't arrived yet. I'd been looking for my car for 3 months. I did call several I bought my Trailhawk on Dec 17th! I found the car on TrueCar but it hadn't arrived yet. I'd been looking for my car for 3 months. I did call several times to make sure they contacted me as soon as it arrived. Meanwhile I shopped around at 4 other dealerships and found that Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge had to best price and customer service compared to others. I must admit I got more of their attention when I went to the actually dealership. I would recommend you do the same but before you go make an appointment with Ricky or Dimitri so they are waiting for you. Both sales representatives made themselves available whenever I had a question even after the sale was final. Once you settled on a car ask to speak to Anthony in finance. He is very informative, patient and will work with you to make sure you are happy with the sale. If you have further questions before speaking to Anthony F. in finance, speak to Gio one of the managers and he will accommodate you. Oh yes, let me not forget Steve aka Fat Joe, Eddie and Miguel in the mechanic's department. You will get a royal treatment all the way from this FANTASTIC TEAM!!! More
