HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was horrible, unprofessional, uninformative overall a complete disaster. The service person (Jay) was never a If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and did not get it back until 8 days later. Within those 8 days I was constantly calling trying to speak to someone no one ever had answers. In fact the first call I did receive from jay he left a voicemail Which stated “ your car needs to be worked on the warranty approved everything”. That was it so when I finally got in contact with him he had no answers like what was being done etc. thentortured continued for 8 days of me constantly trying to get a status he was never available never called back or even reached out to provide an update. When I finally did go get my car. No one had any answers on to what exactly was done to my car. I was charged for a battery test which I did tell the mechanic that the car radio would shut off, he assured me that he would look into it him looking into was obviously going to cost me. Which again the issue wasn’t paying for the service the issue was the service. Jay never called me and informed me that they would be a charge for the battery test, and when I questioned it the night I picked up my car the gentleman calls jay on his phone and the exact words jay said were “ well I only charged you 60 it was a 150 dollar job” so not only did he acknowledge he never communicated with me but his respond was as if he did me a favor! And all I expect is for him to do his job correctly and appropriately. I will be looking to get rid of this Jeep I no longer want to deal with anyone at this dealership/service center. This last experience was enough. More

Terrible Service and Service guy, Jay sucks! My vehicle was brought in with major damage. Took too long to repair car. In the estimate from insurance company they were required to repair whole front bumper and paint. At first they tried to give me car back and claim that it was not in the estimate. It was clear as day, that they were supposed to take care of it. Because I pushed, they got it done. But they tried to get away with it. Not cool! More
