Ask them to look at it / they came back with no problem found. Drove around the block and I noticed that it was doing it . Pulled up on the sidewalk / grabbed a guy by the collar and threw him in the car to see the problem. They acknowledge it . 30 min later / he said that JEEP knows about bad radios but they are working on a patch - it will be “uploaded to My car automatically “ - smells like BS... you would trust a satellite connection to push firmware into a radio ? When people do not trust a USB stick ? More

Not customer friendly. It took almost 2 weeks to to get my car repaired. I was advised that my car would be ready on a specific day and it was not ready. My service advise It took almost 2 weeks to to get my car repaired. I was advised that my car would be ready on a specific day and it was not ready. My service adviser as always was helpful and I do feel that he did all that he could. When I call the service department I was placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. I did get a call form the service department that I would get my $100.00 deductible back. I will see if that is the case. I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle but will not purchase from this dealership due to the poor service. More
