The car was not in stock that day and I was assured it would be located and available in 3-5 days. Not a problem. Two days later Mr Tugro calls and says your car is here waiting for you. WOW! From Hot to Not Been coming to this dealer (where I also bought my car) for quite a long time... The service has simply gotten worse I believe due to them being ov Been coming to this dealer (where I also bought my car) for quite a long time... The service has simply gotten worse I believe due to them being overwhelmed. I had to take car back over 5 times from the period of Dec. 2017 to Mar. 2018. In Feb. they find the alternator is bad...had it replaced, spent all the money and then 2 weeks later back in the shop with other major issues... why was I not told of them when they fixed the alternator etc. I have always given them an excellent review but I cannot any more. Sorry but you now get a failing grade. Since I bought the car there has been nothing but issues and each time your solution is get a new one. I am very saddened by this all. More
