Communication is key. When we were able to communicate with our service rep things went well. We were given misinformation from the operators answering the phones and When we were able to communicate with our service rep things went well. But when we were able to communicate with him - things could not have gone better. More

Staff members were friendly & pleasant enough, but service costs seem too high. Around FOUR HUNDRED Bucks to replace a coolant container?!
