I own a 2022 grand Cherokee summit reserve . . 5,000 miles a grinding sound comes from front end of car when turning came in to the dealer did a test drive with one of the mechanics .. I was told it’s a suspension we swapped out a new suspension..SOUND WAS STILL THERE .. GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION!! #2 steering wheel stitching coming off from factory when purchased car and was told the steering wheel will takes 2 weeks to arrive been over a month now I’m being told it’s not being built! More

Unfortunately, it took almost 2 months for my car to be fixed. They claimed that the one of the parts I needed was on back order. If I didn’t keep calling, i would probably still be waiting for it.
