They told me that the parts would be in store in certain time but instead they made me go more than once . For the recall to put the hitch that my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed they made come at 6am only to t time but instead they made me go more than once . For the recall to put the hitch that my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed they made come at 6am only to tell me more than 3 hours later that they couldn’t do the job due the rust … really ? They took 3 hours to visualize that ? I bought 6 screws and they were used ones … I didn’t come because I just got enough.! In the beginning I made the apptmt for the hitch way before I went to buy the screws only to find out that the lady who told that she was the manager she never ordered the pets and told me that due to that pet wasn’t available my appointment was scheduled to the end of September .. when in reality noting of this was true. More

Good services. But they need to keep track of serviced done vehicle. I left my car for oil changes, requested for a multipoint inspection. called them after 4 hours But they need to keep track of serviced done vehicle. I left my car for oil changes, requested for a multipoint inspection. called them after 4 hours, first person said, it is not done yet and they will check why? Then after 10 minutes, they call me and said it is done. I got confused whether they actually changed my oil and done multipoint inspection or not. I had to ask for the inspection report. It was not attached with vehicle documents. They brought it later. It was suspicious to me whether they actually done it or just they marked it good. Fors did to me same on my mustang. With out doing the inspection, they just kept the for 2 days. More
