What can I say good about Bob Kennedy, absolutely nothing at all. Bob does not answer his phone nor does he return your phone calls or the voicemails that you leave him. If you have any questions or concer at all. Bob does not answer his phone nor does he return your phone calls or the voicemails that you leave him. If you have any questions or concerns about your warranty, vehicle, or repairs ,I strongly suggest that you don’t waste your time or effort calling him because he will not return your your phone calls. I find His behavior reprehensible and it proves that he does not care about customers. I honestly feel that if Bob did then he would show you the respect and courtesy of returning your phone calls and he would keep you informed and updated about the status of your vehicle. Bob does not do this nor does anyone else from this dealership. More

Received a call shortly after requesting service. Showed up in time as scheduled. Valet service took vehicle. I walked in straight to the counter. Very professional. Waited and vehicle servicing was comple up in time as scheduled. Valet service took vehicle. I walked in straight to the counter. Very professional.
