Id give 0 stars if I could. When I bought my car I stayed in the dealership for about 7-8 hours after saying I was ready to purchase the vehicle because the dealership only had one financing person working t in the dealership for about 7-8 hours after saying I was ready to purchase the vehicle because the dealership only had one financing person working that day and informed me that the other person working in the financing department called out because he didn't think it would be busy that day. For my first service appt I called ahead the day of to confirm if the appt/oil change would be free and was put on hold and hung up on over the course of 45 minutes to confirm this one simple question. After being in traffic for 1.5 hours to get there for my appt I was told upon arriving that it would be a 3 hour wait for an oil change even though I scheduled an appointment time. Then I asked if they could take care of a swirl in the paint I noticed after buying the car and they said I'd have to schedule another appointment to assess the damage from the swirl and maybe have to outsource the work to a body shop. Just buff it out! You don't have a tool to buff out a scratch at the body shop? And you need a separate appointment just to analyze a scratch? It's not rocket science, just look at it. More

I would like start with overall experience with this dealership and the service dept is by far amazing from customer service to the communication in regards to when my car was ready.
