I have to say this has been a terrible and frustrating experience dealing Bayside Jeep Doge Chrysler Ram when it comes to maintenance and service. Sales staff was great. However, once you take a vehicle f experience dealing Bayside Jeep Doge Chrysler Ram when it comes to maintenance and service. Sales staff was great. However, once you take a vehicle from them, the service department is unhelpful and ill equipped. I leased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from them, but will NOT be leasing a 3rd from them simply because of the service experiences. They have NO LOANER VEHICLES and are unwilling to even help in the process of obtaining a rental. If your vehicle needs to be repaired under warranty and must stay for any period you either have to sit in the waiting room like you have absolutely nothing to do or take the bus until your vehicle is ready. Also when you call for service appointments it’s at least 2 weeks away unless it’s an oil change. I’m trying to bring in my car for simple warranty repair of a malfunction light on the dash & a blinking burnt out headlight, but I would have to come out of pocket $500 for a rental?? That’s seems like a problem to me. I guess I choose the wrong dealership. More
