Had an issue with oil change i had done. Tech had added an extra quart of oil during the oil change. Jay called me up to take care of the issue ASAP as well as take care of other warranty issues to make s an extra quart of oil during the oil change. Had a couple issues with airbag and seat. Bayside Jeep took care of both issues in a timely manner. The staff was great. The ladies answering the phones and the drivers running the cars back and forth w took care of both issues in a timely manner. The staff was great.
