I’ve went for service 4 times in the past month, because my heated steering wheel isn’t working. Everything I go and get the car back it still doesn’t work. Each visit I’ve had to leave my vehicle at the sh my heated steering wheel isn’t working. Everything I go and get the car back it still doesn’t work. Each visit I’ve had to leave my vehicle at the shop for a few hours which means I have to pay for a Uber home and Uber back to pick it up only to not be reimbursed for them. They have changed the “module” and “fixed wiring”. Still doesn’t work............ UPDATE !!! Bayside Chrysler really took care of me. Bob contacted me personally over the phone to schedule an appointment. He also scheduled me to get a ride to the rental car place so that the service dept could take a in-depth look of my vehicle. Not only did they fix my vehicles heated steering wheel, I was reimbursed for the rental vehicle and all of my previous Uber rides. Bob got me 100%, thanks guys! More

I came in to have a rim and tire replace . When I purchased my ram it had a chip on the rim and the tire had to be plugged due to a screw observed in the tire on the I picked it up. My salesman Andre purchased my ram it had a chip on the rim and the tire had to be plugged due to a screw observed in the tire on the I picked it up. My salesman Andrew Kipperman and management were true to there word and agreed they should be replaced at their cost.Thank you for your honesty and commitment to your customers. You need people you can trust? Go see Jay in service he is the best of best when it comes to service and making sure you get everything you need and more. He takes his time and does his research. He makes is the best of best when it comes to service and making sure you get everything you need and more. He takes his time and does his research. He makes sure he exhausts all resources and solves the problem before tour even realize there was a problem. Let’s put it this way I moved to Florida and I still only call Jay and bayside Chrysler for all my wants and needs. Turgo is the number one sales rep and sold me my car I’ll be back to purchase another one very soon. Joanna is always so helpful and informative and the techs are top of the line.
