I paid approx. $200 for diagnosis and I never received the report even though I asked for it multiple times! In addition, it seems like the shop overcharge for service, I was requested to pay $3000 to rep the report even though I asked for it multiple times! In addition, it seems like the shop overcharge for service, I was requested to pay $3000 to repair a 10 years old car that worth $6000 total. I ended up fixing the car somewhere else for $350. It is a joke. More

Due to my vehicle having some sort of internal leak I called to set up an appointment and was given a date of 8 days later. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told my car wouldn't even be looked at called to set up an appointment and was given a date of 8 days later. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told my car wouldn't even be looked at for at least 2 hours, and told that I could leave my phone number and be called once my vehicle is ready. I took a $35 Uber to a friend's house and 3 hours later I was called and told that my car wouldn't be seen on the day of my appointment at all. I took a $45 Uber back to the dealership to pick up my car which was never even checked out. What's the point of having an appointment? Wasted $80 and over 4 hours and never even got my vehicle serviced. Horrible experience. More
